I really enjoyed the amazing views from the Wonderful King Room. Waking up to the skyline of the Lujiazui financial center was a highlight. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a separate tub and shower. The staff surpassed my expectations. Every request was met with professionalism and kindness. For example, when I mentioned the limited menu options before dinner, they quickly offered suggestions. On the downside, I did notice a bit of smoke odor in the room that lingered at times, probably from the sinks nearby. The main restaurant's limited al-a-carte menu before 5:30 PM was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. I felt pampered throughout my stay, especially with the complimentary birthday cake and champagne. The outdoor swimming pool created a perfect atmosphere to relax, too.
